Dexur, in collaboration with the Indiana Hospital Association (IHA), is introducing an advanced Infection Prevention and Safety Analytics Platform, dedicated to enhancing patient safety and controlling infections across healthcare facilities in Indiana. This initiative tremendously aids all IHA member hospitals by offering comprehensive, measure-specific guidelines and benchmarks, completely free of charge. The innovative platform is data-driven, enabling the comparative analysis of key infection prevention metrics at a hospital-level.
To access this platform, members of the IHA need to comply with a data-sharing agreement, enabling the Association to distribute hospital-related NHSN (National Healthcare Safety Network) data to Dexur. By integrating the NHSN data with forward-thinking analytics, both Dexur and the IHA aspire to equip healthcare facilities with actionable information. This knowledge can be instrumental in mitigating potential infection risks, enhancing adherence to regulations, and notably elevating patient safety.
This project aligns with larger hospital quality and safety endeavours, empowering Indiana healthcare facilities to consistently exceed national benchmarks and mandatory regulatory demands. Hospitals wishing to access deeper insights from the data, have the opportunity to align with Dexur to upgrade to the complete Dexur program. This comprehensive version provides an integrated analytical experience that significantly extends beyond NHSN data, encompassing numerous other Dexur offerings.
